Elton Haxhi
Chief Executive Officer
Short Bio
Elton is one of the founders and led the company from 2009 to 2017. He re-joined Nexia AL as CEO in 2022. He has more than 25 years of experience in audit, tax, business advisories, and public financial management. He led several national initiatives in the area of public finances such as IPSAS, MTRS, FATF/Moneyval, EU integration and OECD. Elton is a member of Institute of Authorized Chartered Accountants of Albania (IEKA) since 2001. He was a member of Public Oversight Board 2009-2013 and member of National Tax Council 2014-2017.

Prior to founding Nexia AL, Elton had an excellent professional career for 7 years with big four international auditing companies (KPMG and Ernst & Young) in Albania and Moscow. He was the Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy from 2017 to 2020.
Short Bio
Orjana joined Nexia AL in 2017. She is the Managing Partner of Nexia AL.
She has more than 20 years of experience in external and internal auditing and other financial services. She specializes in providing audit and financial advisory services to a range of large clients in the private and public sector. Her clients are engaged in a range of sectors including the banks and other financial institutions, telecommunication, manufacturing and trading.
Orjana is a Member of:
– The Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) in UK since 2011.
– Institute of Authorized Chartered Accountants of Albania (IEKA) since 2012.
– Review Committee of IFRS translation in National Accounting Council, approved by IFRS Foundation, Albania, since October 2018.
– Audit Committee Member of United Bank of Albania, since March 2021.

Prior to joining Nexia AL, Orjana had an excellent professional career for 9 years with big four international auditing companies (KPMG, PwC and Deloitte) in Albania, Bulgaria and Kosovo and for 3 years as the director of internal audit for a bank in Albania.
Short Bio
Gerond joined Nexia AL in 2014. He is a Partner in the Tax and Advisory department. He is a member of: The Institute of Authorized Chartered Auditors of Albania (IEKA), Albania, since 2018, in the public register of passive members.

Gerond has more than 15 years of experience in tax, accounting and financial reporting. His client base includes a wide range of clients including local private enterprises and leading international corporations mainly engaged in a range of sectors including manufacturing, trading, professional services, telecommunication, construction and mining. Services offered by him encompass direct and indirect tax compliance works, tax advices, tax due diligences, international taxation, expatriate services etc.
Gerond has a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tirana, Albania.

Kreshnik joined Nexia AL in 2018. He is a Senior Manager in the Audit & Assurance Services.
He has more than 10 years of experience in external auditing and other financial services. He specializes in providing audit and financial advisory services to a range of large clients in various industries such as telecommunications, banking, insurance, healthcare, non-government organization and public sector.
Kreshnik is a graduate of the University of Calabria in Italy in Management and Finance and is currently a student of the ACCA, UK.
He is currently a student of the ACCA, UK enrolled in the advance level.

Arba joined Nexia AL in 2021. She is a Manager in the Audit and Assurance Services.
