Transparency Report

Our annual transparency reports: legal structure, network relationships, governance, quality control, independence and the public-interest entities we audit.

The law on statutory audit, the professional organisation of certified auditors and chartered accountants (Law no. 10091 of 5 March 2009, amended by Law 47/2016 in harmonisation with Directive 2006/43/EC) requires audit firms of public-interest entities to publish annual transparency reports.

Each report sets out our legal structure and shareholders, our legal and structural relations with the network, our governance, the internal quality control system we follow, the last quality assurance review by IEKA, the public-interest entities for which we carried out statutory audits, our independence practices, our continuing education policy, financial information on our financial condition and the basis of remunerating our statutory auditors.
